If, however, you are happy to take a gradual approach to whitening and you are willing to wait for five to seven days before you start seeing results, then a take-home treatment will be suitable for you.

Pola Professional is our go-to in-chair whitening treatment, because it delivers results in just 30 minutes. For busy patients this is a real blessing, because you can simply dash out at lunchtime for your treatment, and return to the office.
Not only is Pola office one of the fastest-acting whitening treatments, it does this while protecting your teeth, gums and nerves from damage and sensitivity.
How does it work?
Your dentist will apply a protective barrier to your soft tissue before applying a thin layer of the high strength bleaching agent. After 30 minutes the bleach is removed. In some cases a follow up treatment is required but most patients are satisfied with their results after one session.
Pola Day And Night
For teeth whitening that costs less, Pola Day and Night are take-home whitening treatments that need to be worn for a few hours a day. Patients usually report results within five to 14 days of starting treatment.
How does it work
Pola Day whitens teeth in just 15 minutes of wear per day while Pola Night can be worn while you are asleep, so there is no change or inconvenience to your schedule.
Pola Day is available in hydrogen peroxide strengths ranging from 3% to 9.5% hydrogen peroxide. Your dentist will give you the concentration you need to achieve your desired level of whiteness in the shortest possible time frame.
Pola Night is available in hydrogen peroxide strengths ranging from 10% to 22% carbamide peroxide.
