1. Our Policy for Standard Appointments

Standard appointment booking
Book your appointment quickly and easily by pressing the “Book Online Now” buttons on our website or by calling us. We may require some personal data from you to create your patient file, as well as ensure that you are booking with the appropriate practitioner for a proper duration of time. To learn more about how we manage your information, consult our privacy policy.

Standard appointment cancellation
At the time of booking your appointment, you’re reserving a spot that is no longer available to our other patients. Therefore, it would be most appreciated if, immediately once you know you won’t be able to make it to your appointment, you call us to let us know. It shows respect to our other patients, and also helps you avoid late cancellation fees. We strongly advise that all cancellations are done at least one business day before in order to give another patient an opportunity for such a slot since appointments are highly sought-after and limited.

If you must cancel your appointment, please reach out to us via call using the number provided above during our business hours. If unavailable for communication at that time, kindly leave a detailed voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible. Unless you are outside of the country, cancellations via email or text message are not accepted.

Short notice cancellation/ Late arrivals policy/ Failure to attend

At our clinic, we strive to ensure that all of our patients receive the best dental care in a timely fashion. However, when someone cancels their appointment at the last minute or fails to attend altogether (FTA) and/or are late for an appointment without prior warning, it hinders our ability to provide quality care as well as inconveniences other patient appointments. To avoid any disruption of service please adhere to this policy:
A short notice cancellation is defined as any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failing to attend an appointment without prior notification carries a fee of $90. Additionally, if you arrive late for your meeting we may need to reschedule it – so be sure to plan ahead!

2. Our Policy for Long Appointments

For lengthy or complex treatments, please make sure to also review our Long Appointment Booking Deposit and Cancellation Policy prior to scheduling your appointment.

Long appointment confirmation
To ensure the accuracy of your appointment, we ask that you confirm with us at least one business day before the scheduled time. If confirmation is not received by this deadline, your booking may be cancelled and allocated to a patient on our waiting list. SMSs, emails and phone calls are offered as reminders for convenience purposes only, and should not be construed as an obligation for the clinic.

Long appointment booking deposit and cancellation policy
To make sure your long appointment or complex treatment plan is secured and available for you, we require a deposit. The amount of the required deposit will be based on the length of your visit and how intricate your course of treatment may be.
When you make an appointment with us, we reserve the entire time slot (whether it’s a half-day or full-day) exclusively for you; no other patients can be scheduled during this time. If something unexpected comes up and prevents you from attending your appointment, please refer to our cancellation policy below:

If cancellation takes place up to 1 week prior to the appointment, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

  • If you cancel up to 1 day prior to the appointment, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • If you cancel less than 1 day prior to the appointment, there shall be NO REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT PAID.

In the event that payments for treatments or lab fees have not been fulfilled, we reserve the right to deduct those costs from the refund amount. An itemised invoice will be provided in these circumstances.
